Acknowledgment of Risk and Photo Release
I recognize that there is an element of risk in any activity associated with the outdoors and am fully aware of the risks and dangers inherent in hiking or camping in the backcountry.
Knowing of the inherent risks, dangers and rigors required of those activities, I certify that I and my family, including minor children, are fully capable of participating in the outing. Therefore, I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and/or members of my family, loss or damage to personal property, and expenses thereof as a result of my own or family’s negligence while participating in said activity except to the extent such damage or injury may be due to the negligence of Wild Vistas Adventures LLC .
I understand that Wild Vistas Adventures LLC reserves the right to refuse any person it judges to be incapable of safely meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the tour.
In the course of said activity, photographs taken by Wild Vistas Adventures LLC may later be judged worthy for advertising purposes.
I give my permission for photographs of myself and/or family, including minor children, to be used for those purposes. I have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon the parties during the entire period of participation of said activity
