Family Camping Skills School
Join Wild Vistas Adventures LLC on this 3-day, extended weekend outdoor camping adventure designed especially for families with school-aged children.
Wild Vistas provides all the supplies and camping gear you will need during your adventure. You learn camping basics including setting up your tent, fire building, fishing & learning about basic wilderness survival skills. Our guides lead short hikes from your base camp and teach simple map reading and orienteering skills to your family.
Wild Vistas Adventures provides delicious camp cooking that both kids and adults will appreciate. At night, enjoy treats & stories around the campfire.
Watch as your children gain an appreciation of their own outdoor skills and learn the wonders of their natural environment. This weekend adventure will provide the knowledge and skills your family will use to hike and camp safely and sensibly for many years to come.
