Conditions For Trail Rides
Please Note:
- Transportation leaving from Santa Fe will depart at 11:00am
|
- Transportation leaving from Chama will depart at 7:00
|
- Rain ponchos and drinking water will be provided
|
- Day packs are not allowed while riding(saddle bag will be available)
|
- Slick soled shoes with a heel are required
|
- Minimum age to ride is 12 years old
|
- Maximum weight allowed per horse is 260 lbs including personal gear
|
- Double riding is not allowed
|
- Running of animals is not allowed
|
- Pregnant women are not allowed (insurance regulations)
|
Conditions for Booking Rides and Events
Please Note:
- Trail Ride and dinner package needs to be booked Two day in advance
|
- Adventure Trips must be booked thirty days in advance
|
- State tax of 6.25% will be added to the fee for all services conducted
|
- A deposit of thirty percent of total cost is required at booking
|
- Deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is given fifteen days in advance of event scheduled start date
|
- Balance of total cost is due at conclusion of event
|
- Gratuities are not required but are appreciated
|
- A minimum of four people is required for us to make any event available
|
- WVA must be notified of any special health requirement or conditions
|
- Special meal and diet requirements require advanced notice
|
- Wild Vistas Adventures LLC, reserves the right to reschedule or cancel event(s) due to inclement weather.
|
- In the event of a cancellation for safety concerns Wild Vistas Adventures LLC will refund deposits.
